About the Vario EXPRESS Mail Stations
A more architecturally pleasing design for centralized delivery – the Vario EXPRESS Mail Stations allow design and flexibility while the 4C mailbox installation meets the U.S. Postal Service's preferred method of mail delivery for new developments. Personalize the Vario EXPRESS with several options and color combinations for full integration within the neighborhood and surrounding architecture.
About the Vario EXPRESS Materials
Constructed of welded heavy gauge aluminum, the mailbox casings and vertical/horizontal supports are as sturdy as they come. Decorative finials sit atop the vertical uprights. All necessary hardware is included as well as stainless steel fasteners, an Hilti anchor system with epoxy and application gun. No more rough opening to calculate, only the cement pad is the responsibility of the builder.
About the Finishes
The rugged, corrosion and weather resistant powdercoat finish resists scratching and vandalism. Available in Black, Dark Bronze, Sandstone, Forest Green, White, Silver Speck, or Postal Grey, the Vario EXPRESS will withstand the elements. Choose the optional 4C mailbox in the same powder coat finish as your shelter kit, or in a contrasting color of your choice.

About the 4C Mailboxes
The optional 4Cs are constructed of heavy gauge aluminum and 300 series stainless steel components for superior strength, corrosion resistance and exceptional outdoor durability. The master loading doors are designed with interlocking overlap seams to prevent prying and a quick release master loading door lock latch for easy access by Postal carriers. The solid aluminum mail slot frame protects adjacent compartments while the unique double-locking parcel locking mechanism design (patent pending) adds mail package security. The following Suites fit the Vario EXPRESS IV:

About the Decorative Side Panels
As a decorative finishing piece, the optional side panels attach to the outside of the each vertical support. The exterior has a powder coated finish in the same colors choices as the Vario EXPRESS Mail Station. The inside panels have a protective polyethylene coat in three color choices, Tan, Black or Grey and are partially hidden by 4C mailbox casings.
Wind Rating
Some geographic areas have local building codes requiring higher levels of wind resistance. The Vario EXPRESS is built to meet 2006 International Builders Code (IBC) standards, withstanding a three-second gust of either 90 mph (Standard) or an optional 150 mph wind resistance (Hurricane). Please note that the Hurricane package will add an additional weight to the package.
Integrated sentinel Solar Lite Kits
Enhance your mail station with a solar powered light. The optional sentinel Solar light head design and positioning fully comply with the objectives of the International Dark-sky Association (IDA). It is a completely self-contained solar lighting system... no electricity necessary. The LED light mechanism and all electrical components are enclosed in vandal-resistant acrylic light housing in the light head. The riser arm spans a full 24" giving plenty of light to residents. The new height of your Mail Station is over 154" high and increase the depth of your Mail Station to 43 ¼"D.
